Refund policy

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund accessories due to hygienic purposes. To begin your return process, please WhatsApp us on 060 526 1974. We do not accept returns on personalised items

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refund will be made into your bank account or into the same form of payment made to us.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Kindly note it takes up to 3 working days for payments to reflect in your bank account. If you haven't received a refund 3 days after we have confirmed that a refund will be processed, kindly contact us on WhatsApp at 060 526 1974.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however if there is a defect from our side, we will offer an exchange.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on WhatsApp at 060 526 1974. We do not accept exchanges on personalised items

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for changes or exchanges to reach you may vary.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
