HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once all orders are paid for and cleared, the packaging and dispatching of orders is approximately 3-5 days. Perspex orders are custom made and may take up to 6 weeks. If we are out of stock on items, you will be notified and your order will be delayed until the product is restocked once again.
Courier collect Monday to Friday and orders should be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on where you are based. Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind,especially if you do not live in a main city.
Durban: 2-4 days
Johannesburg: 2-4 days
Cape Town: 2-5 days
Outlying areas may take up to 7 days.

All those who confirm and place an order are bound by the terms and conditions. Once purchased, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these T's&C's. Should there be any clause or information that you do not understand or fully aware of, the responsibility is on you to ask Arabiana to please explain the relevant clause or information to you before you accept the T's &C's before buying from the website.
These terms and conditions are drawn up to enforce our company to treat all customers equally. There are cases where exceptions will be made if there is a mistake in communication on our part, the responsibility of clearing doubt is on the consumer.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund accessories due to hygienic purposes. To begin your return process, please WhatsApp us on 060 526 1974.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, refund will be made into your bank account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Kindly note it takes up to 3 working days for payments to reflect in your bank account. If you haven't received a refund 3 days after we have confirmed that a refund will be processed, kindly contact us on WhatsApp at 060 526 1974.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however if there is a defect from our side, we will offer an exchange.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on WhatsApp at 060 526 1974
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
