We'll always highlight our current promotions and seasonal sales (like Ramadan and Eid specials) so you can plan ahead.

Where Do Our Products Come From?

We work with a mix of local South African suppliers and trusted international sources, particularly for items like Qurans, prayer essentials, and fragrances. We also do a lot of inhouse manufacturing. Sourcing can shift over time as we find better quality or more reliable suppliers, but our commitment to authenticity and adherence to Islamic guidelines for our products remains constant.

Shipping: What to Expect

In our website, We offer free shipping on orders over a threshold, but smaller orders are still shipped reliably across South Africa,  just with a delivery fee based on your location and order size. Delivery times typically range from a few days to about a week depending on where you are. We're always working to make this faster and more transparent. We offer Personalised products and custom designs as well. This obviously takes a week or 2 longer due to the additional work involved.

International Orders: What to Expect

International orders take longer and are more expensive as we usually air freight from Durbans King Shaka international Airport. There are various additional charges here based on the tariffs and customs for each individual country and this is quoted only after the parcel is ready, as these packages depend on weight, dimensions and contents.
